Digital Literacy Quiz 2022 ended

The "Digital Literacy Quiz 2022" came to an end. The quiz competition was organized by the Digital Literacy Center with the aim of bridging the digital divide across the country and ensuring a safe and productive online experience for the people of the country. Today, Wednesday, June 1, 2022 was the closing day of this 10-day long quiz contest. The winners of this day are Rahim Ullah, Takbir Hasan Rafi, Samin Yasir Raihan, Cynthia Tanni, Md. Mominur Rahman Shakib and Hosne Ara Prabhati. The competition was open to participants from anywhere in the country and abroad on topics such as digital life, information search and use, online security, safety and privacy, acceptable behavior in the digital environment, online transactions, legal aspects and responsibilities of digital security. In the last 10 days, a total of 10,343 participants participated in this quiz. Although the participation of children, adolescents and adults was significant among the male and female contestants, more than 50 percent of the contestants were young. 6 winners were selected every day from the contestants who answered the highest number of questions in the shortest time. A total of 60 winners have been selected in this 10-day quiz contests. Among the winners, the 1st 3 winners every day i.e. 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners will get smartphones, smart-watches and headphones from Digital Literacy Center and for 4th, 5th and 6th winners will get 2GB data and 100 taka talk time each. The prizes will be handed over to the winners soon, informed the ICT department.
